Anti Aging, Scar, Stretch Mark Treatment

Gently Resurface the Skin and Build Collagen and Elastin

Resurface & Rebuild Your Skin from Within

At Laser Aesthetics Scottsdale, we proudly offer Sublative™ Fractional Radiofrequency Skin Resurfacing, one of the most advanced non-invasive treatments for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. Unlike traditional lasers that only work on the surface, Sublative Fractional RF delivers energy deep into the dermis, repairing damaged collagen and stimulating new collagen and elastin production for smoother, firmer, more youthful skin.

This treatment is a favorite among clients looking for a powerful yet gentle anti-aging solution that also improves acne scars, sun damage, and skin laxity—all with minimal downtime.

How Sublative Fractional RF Works

Sublative technology uses fractionated bipolar radiofrequency energy to create controlled micro-injuries beneath the surface of the skin. These tiny energy spots trigger your body’s natural healing response, encouraging fresh collagen growth while leaving much of the surrounding skin intact for faster recovery.

The result? Smoother texture, reduced wrinkles, and firmer skin, all while supporting long-term collagen renewal.

Benefits of Sublative Fractional RF

Clients choose Sublative Fractional RF because it addresses multiple skin concerns in a single treatment:

  • Reduces fine lines & wrinkles without injectables
  • Improves skin laxity & sagging for a natural lift
  • Fades acne scars & pitted scars
  • Minimizes enlarged pores
  • Corrects sun damage & pigmentation
  • Smooths uneven skin texture
  • Boosts collagen & elastin production for lasting results

This makes Sublative an excellent alternative for clients who want non-surgical skin tightening in Scottsdale without downtime or aggressive resurfacing.

What Areas Can Be Treated?

Sublative Fractional RF is safe for all skin types and tones and can be used on multiple areas, including:

  • Face – forehead, cheeks, jawline, around the mouth
  • Neck & under the chin
  • Décolletage (chest)
  • Acne-scarred areas on face and body

Treatment Experience & Downtime
  • Treatment Time: 30–45 minutes
  • Sensation: Warm prickling or tingling, very tolerable
  • Downtime: Minimal (mild redness and grid-like pattern may appear for 1–3 days, easily covered with makeup)
  • Results: Noticeable improvements after a single treatment, with optimal results seen after a series of 3–5 treatments

Unlike aggressive laser resurfacing, Sublative RF provides dramatic results with less discomfort and faster healing.

Sublative RF vs. Traditional Laser Resurfacing

While traditional CO₂ or ablative lasers remove the top layers of skin, Sublative Fractional RF works from within, stimulating natural healing without thinning the skin’s surface. This makes it safer for all skin tones and suitable for patients who want visible results without extended downtime.

Why Clients Love Sublative Fractional RF
  • Non-surgical and needle-free
  • Safe for all skin tones
  • Minimal downtime compared to lasers
  • Targets wrinkles, scars, and laxity together
  • Progressive, long-lasting improvement

Many of our Scottsdale clients report that after a Sublative treatment series, their skin feels tighter, smoother, and healthier—reducing their reliance on injectables like Botox or fillers.

FAQ ?

How Does the eTwo® Sublative and Sublime by Syneron Candela Work?

The eTwo® developed by Syneron, produces fast results with aggressive yet gentle treatments. eTwo® contains two hand pieces, Sublative for non-ablative skin resurfacing and Sublime for skin tightening. Clients can pair the two technologies for total facial rejuvenation. Combining the two addresses the top layer of skin, and also treats the deeper level of skin, dermis. Combining both you can attain great results with minimal downtime.

Sublative treatment triggers the body’s natural self-healing process. It gently resurfaces the skin and boosts collagen and elastin levels, helping patients reduce visible signs of aging and sun damage.

Sublime treats the dermis (deep levels of skin, which will improve slowly over time) to restructure broken collagen fibers and help produce new collagen and elastin for a deep skin tightening effect.

Am I a Good Candidate for the Sublative E-Matrix by Syneron Candela?

Sublative is a minimally invasive treatment that is clinically proven safe and effective for all skin types, textures, and tonoes. You may be a good candidate for the procedure if you want to achieve total facial rejuvenation while also addressing individual concerns.

What Does Sublative E-Matrix Treat?

Sublative E-Matrix can visibly reduce the appearance of: Fine Lines and Wrinkles, Hyperpigmentation, Skin Laxity, Acne Scarring, Scars, Enlarged Pores, Uneven Skin Tone.

How Long Does a Typical Treatment Take?

Patients should expect to be in the office for about one to one and a half hours.

What Results Will I See?

Clearer, smoother-looking skin will gradually emerge over the course of 2 months after Sublative E-Matrix treatments. Most patients need a series of 3 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart to achieve their desired results. Touch-up treatments can be done as needed to prolong the outcome of your initial Sublative series.

Is There Any Downtime?

There is minimal downtime associated with Sublative treatments. In most cases, you will be able to head back to your normal routine with some restrictions. Side effects are minimal but can include redness, swelling, tenderness, or small red bumps at or around the treatment area. Your skin will also be extra-sensitive to the sun, making a 30+ SPF sunscreen a must throughout treatment.
